I hate contracts… by comparison, last night’s 50 con law questions were a pleasure. It was the same way in law school: I had an awesome con law professor and a boring contracts professor. Plus, con law was always an interest of mine, whereas contracts never was.
Ironically, Adaptibar tells me that I got 70% (35/50) of my contracts questions right compared to 64% (32/50) of the con law questions I answered last night. I guess that’s a good sign, because hopefully it means I already have a relatively firm grasp of contracts and thus I don’t have to spend so much time studying that area.
In any case, Adaptibar’s sub-topic details inform me that I should spend some time looking over contract formation, remedies and, most especially, conditions. Good to know. The plan is to use that sort of feedback information to tailor my studying – all in an effort to avoid the boring, non-specific teaching methods of BAR/BRI, at whom I blow my nose.
