I had to choose between doing questions on evidence or property tonight, and I chose the fun one that I’m surely better at…
Things played out as I suspected, and tonight I benchmarked at 76%, with 38/50 questions answered correctly! I went 8 for 8 on questions about writings, but I would do myself good to buff up on hearsay – I was only at 65% on hearsay questions.
I’m really not looking forward to doing property questions tomorrow! I see that going about as well as torts did… damn first-semester classes.
