And for the last of the benchmarks, I came in at a mediocre 62% (31/50). I’m still at 67% overall, so I can’t complain – as a baseline from which to improve, it’s a great place to be.
Tomorrow I should start substantive review of the sub-topics I did worst on.
I agree about Adaptibar. It’s a fast and easy way to rack up the MBEs. I’m trying to do 50 per day. It’s encouraging to see the 69% success rate but I sober up a bit when I look at the individual percentages. I see that I need a lot of work on ConLaw. All others are above the state and national average.
It’s a good way to learn the law, especially the finer points that we won’t see in the essays.
