It’s true that certain Jews who observe Tisha B’av were able to petition the state to allow them to take the bar on Wed/Thurs/Fri rather than starting on Tuesday.
However, the idea that those Jews get to answer the SAME questions that we did today is ludicrous…
So, either the people that think this are really stupid…

It’s absurd to think that the bar would give the same questions out days later…
It’s upsetting to me as well, especially since all of them get to take the bar at my law school in New York which is nice and small and quiet. How could they not get the subject matters ahead of time, all they have to do is read our blogs — its seriously not right at all.
